Road assistance: collecting goods from a broken-down truck in transit

To have a good logistics partner is an authentic life-saver in critical situations. Some time ago we were on the brink of stopping a production line because one of our regular trucks had broken down in the South of France, along the Belgium-Spain route. It was transporting pallets of automotive parts which were essential for production.

I called HTG Express and immediately they found a near-by vehicle, which drove directly to the broken-down truck. Some of the goods were transferred right there and arrived on time at the factory. So we avoided having to interrupt manufacturing whilst waiting for the rest of the goods to arrive a bit later on.
