Air Premium service Germany-Mexico to avoid stopping the production line

I called HTG Express to organise a collection in the South of Germany for an urgent delivery to Mexico. There was the risk of having to stop the production line, so it was a critical emergency. They organised the collection from the factory as well as the export customs. The loading took place on 11th July at 12:00 and goods were delivered on 13th, having already cleared customs. In order to achieve such a fast transport time, they shipped the goods on the first direct flight to Ciudad de Mexico and, during the flight, they coordinated delivery and import customs with the consignee to speed up the process before the goods arrived at destination.

In less than 60 hours we received the critical parts in Mexico and were able to maintain the production line.
