Logistics Manager in the rail industry
When time is pressing in a project and we have to send some parts urgently to avoid any delays, I always resort to HTG Express and their road service (Premium and Flex). I know that they are available 24/365. They always answer the phone any time of day and everyday. And as well as giving me a personalised service, I can check online the status of my shipment on their platform (MyHTG).
I also like that they are proactive if an issue arises. E.g. once the van carrying some urgent parts broke down. As it was by night time, they arranged the transport with another vehicle and found a solution to deliver on time. I learned about it when I arrived in the office the following day. It was a cleverly managed operation.
